We specialise in all matters surrounding the Party Wall Etc. 1996 Act with the two directors (Laurence Smith & Paul Smith) having over 20 years combined experience in this niche field of surveying. All our surveyors are fully qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and all surveyors are members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors & P&T (Pyramus & Thisbe Society) with a minimum of 10 years experience practicing Party Wall surveying. We have extensive experience in both residential & commercial building projects covering the whole of London and surrounding areas.

Preparing Notices

We prepare bespoke Party Wall notices based on your design to initiate party wall proceedings and to ensure that you have complied with your legal obligations outlined in the Party Wall Act as a building owner proposing to undertake building work.

Schedules of Condition

A detailed written & photographic record of the relevant parts of a neighbouring property usually undertaken prior to building works commencing next door. This detailed report helps surveyors & owners identify new damage to their property should this be suspected.

Party Wall Awards

An Award is a legally binding agreement that resolves a dispute/deemed dispute between owners should this occur following on from the service of a notice under the Party Wall Act.
