We are qualified Building Surveyors based in Wimbledon, South West London, providing Party Wall services to the whole of London and the neighbouring counties. We also have surveyors based in Brighton and Hampshire covering the South of England. Our objective is to resolve disputes between neighbours should these arise during proceedings initiated under the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996. We strive to provide comprehensive, site specific and pragmatic solutions whilst keeping our fees to a minimum. We actively encourage neighbours to agree matters with minimal input from us wherever possible to avoid unnecessary fees. For most projects we are happy to offer fixed fee quotes following a review of your design drawings and requirements. We take a tough stance on neighbouring surveyors attempting to charge unreasonable fees (more info on this here).

Both directors (Laurence Smith & Paul Smith) worked together previously as partners  at Watson Woods Partnership for over 10 years under the guidance of the founding partner Robert Watson, who has been hugely influential in progressing both the directors careers and therefore deserves a special mention here.
